“We have a communication problem.” I hear it time and time again. From workshop experiences to consulting interactions to just causal conversations. It appears people are very interested in understanding how communications works, why it becomes a problem so quickly, and what can be done to improve office communications. Individuals keep saying to me that poor communications prevents them from being able to effectively do the job they were hired to do.
